You can find the asset code for your hired equipment on the outside of the equipment or vehicle. The Asset Code is usually located on the side or back of the vehicle and is florescent yellow. It will consist of a short series of Alphabetic characters followed by a 3-to-4-digit number. e.g. LV105 featured below
